On attribution
These studies are anonymised. Clients are described by sector rather than by name, because none of them has agreed to be a public reference. Nothing here quotes a percentage, a saving or a headcount figure: an unverifiable number is a fabrication however plausible it sounds, so outcomes are described in words instead.
